According to Jam Petrochemical’s public relations office, the
milestone marks the highest level of polyethylene output since the complex
began operations, reflecting sustained operational stability, process
optimization, and the resolution of key technical bottlenecks.
The company attributed part of the achievement to the repair of a
film-grade dryer, which enabled continuous production of two film grades for 11
consecutive days, yielding over 10,000 tonnes of product — a performance record
in both daily and process efficiency terms.
Production data for the first seven months of the Iranian calendar
year also showed growth across major product categories, including ethylene,
high-density and linear low-density polyethylene, and butadiene.
Jam Petrochemical said it continues to focus on maintaining stable operations,
maximizing equipment utilization, and improving productivity, which together
created the foundation for this historic output.
The company emphasized that the record underscores its ability to
sustain growth despite competitive pressures and operational constraints,
positioning Jam Petrochemical as a model for stable production in Iran’s
petrochemical sector.
Relying on the expertise of Iranian specialists and a strategy
centered on efficiency and productivity, Jam Petrochemical said it plans to maintain
its upward trend and pursue new production records through the remainder of the
year.
