Liz Yang, sales manager at LS Plastics Machinery,
said the firm has operated in Iran for more than 20 years and maintains “close
and extensive” cooperation with its local representative.
Speaking on the sidelines of the 19th IranPlast
International Exhibition in Tehran, Yang said the company sees the fair as an
opportunity to expand its customer base and reinforce partnerships.
“To better understand Iran’s market and its
customers, we need further discussions and to identify existing capacities.
After that, we are looking for long-term cooperation, and we see a bright future
ahead,” Yang said.
The 19th IranPlast Exhibition, one of the Middle
East’s largest industry events, opened on Monday at Tehran’s International
Permanent Fairground with 705 domestic and 67 foreign companies participating.
Founded in 2002, the exhibition has become a key platform for Iran’s polymer
and downstream industries, offering small and medium enterprises a gateway to
international markets.
