The overhauls are
planned with the aim of ensuring sustainable and integrated production this
year.
According to the
plans made in the first half of the year, a total of 16 petrochemical complexes
will carry out overhauls in their various units with the aim of continuing
sustainable production as well as meeting the country's needs and exports.
Factors such as
repairs in South Pars phases, peak gas consumption, domestic demand and export
markets may lead to changes in the planned overhaul programs.
In the
Petrochemical Special Economic Zone in Mahshahr, the southwestern province of
Khuzestan, units from Bandar Emam, Bouali Sina, Maroon, Razi, Fanavaran and
Karun petrochemical plants will carry out overhaul programs.
Moreover, in Pars
Energy Special Economic Zone in Assaluyeh, southern Iran, Pars, Jam, and
Morvarid petrochemical plants will carry out overhauls during the first half of
the year.
In other areas, units
of Khorasan, Shiraz, Urmia and Ilam petrochemical plants will be overhauled.
Furthermore,
Mobin and Damavand petrochemical facilities in Assaluyeh and Fajr Petrochemical
Plant in Mahshahr will maintain their production and will carry out their
repairs continuously.
A number of other
petrochemical complexes, including Noori Petrochemical Plant, Khark
Petrochemical Plant, Kermanshah Petrochemical Plant, Khuzestan Petrochemical
Plant, Martyr Tondgouyan Petrochemical Plant, Arvand Petrochemical Plant will
carry out overhaul programs during the period.
