Data published on Iran’s Codal disclosure
platform showed the company’s cumulative revenue reached 264.6 trillion rials
($—) in the nine months to late December 2025, up from 166.5 trillion rials in
the same period a year earlier, marking a rise of more than 59%.
Revenue for December alone stood at 32.9 trillion
rials, the filing showed.
Arvand, a major producer in Iran’s chlor-alkali
chain, also posted higher output over the period. Production volumes increased
to about 1.68 million tonnes, compared with 1.57 million tonnes in the
corresponding period of the previous year, an increase of roughly 7.3%.
The company is Iran’s largest producer of PVC and
caustic soda and operates within the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries
Group, the country’s biggest petrochemical holding.
Arvand attributed the improved performance to
more efficient management, tighter production planning and a broader product
mix.
The results mark the company’s first public
financial report since its initial public offering and signal what it described
as a commitment to transparency and value creation for shareholders.
