The National
Petrochemical Company’s public relations department said the date and
arrangements for the next edition are still under review, following
consultations with industry representatives and the assessment of expert
opinions.
Think-tank sessions have
been held as part of efforts to reconsider the approach to the exhibition and
develop a new framework for the event, the company said in a statement reported
by NIPNA.
The recommendations from
the ongoing discussions will be consolidated and submitted to the exhibition’s
policy council for review and approval, according to the statement.
A final decision on the
20th edition will be announced by the exhibition’s organizing committee after
the review process and consultations are completed.
Iran Plast is one of the
country’s key events for the petrochemical, plastics and downstream industries,
providing a platform for companies and industry participants to showcase
products, explore business opportunities and develop commercial ties.
The company urged
industry participants to follow official announcements on the exhibition
through the National Petrochemical Company’s website and NIPNA, the company’s
news outlet.
