Maroon Petrochemical ranked eighth, selling 10,751 tonnes of
polymer products worth 25.16 trillion rials, while Arya Sasol Polymer placed
ninth with sales of 12,827 tonnes valued at 24.7 trillion rials.
Total trading on the exchange's physical market reached
about 3.454 million tonnes of commodities and products worth 1,560 trillion
rials during the week, according to figures reported by NIPNA. The combined
sales value of the 10 leading companies exceeded 599 trillion rials.
National Iranian Copper Industries Company topped the
rankings, selling 27,909 tonnes of copper products, sulphuric acid and
molybdenum oxide worth 208.79 trillion rials.
Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company ranked second, with sales
of 130,000 tonnes of heavy slack wax and vacuum bottom worth 99.48 trillion
rials. Khuzestan Steel Company came third, selling 85,100 tonnes of slab, bloom
billets and argon valued at 78.52 trillion rials.
Tehran Oil Refining Company, also known as Tondguyan, ranked
fourth with sales of 55,770 tonnes of vacuum bottom, light and heavy slack wax,
and granulated sulphur worth 42.28 trillion rials.
Isfahan Oil Refining Company placed fifth, selling 60,100
tonnes of vacuum bottom and lump sulphur. The report put the value of its sales
at about 39.5 trillion rials, although the published figure contains an
apparent numerical inconsistency.
Esfahan Steel Company ranked sixth with sales of 29,322
tonnes of rebar, beams, channels and pig iron worth 29.58 trillion rials.
Shiraz Oil Pasargad ranked seventh, selling 30,000 tonnes of bitumen valued at
26.68 trillion rials.
Kashan Copper World rounded out the top 10, selling 670
tonnes of copper rods and wire products worth 24.67 trillion rials.
The rankings were based on sales value in the exchange's
physical market for the week ended Oct. 9, 2026.
