Human Resources Leadership Transition
A core agenda item during the session was the formal introduction of Kamran
Dehghani as the incoming Acting Director of Human Resources Development at
NPC.
Shakeri expressed confidence in Dehghani's background, acknowledging
his early career roots at Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company and his subsequent
high-level administrative posts across the broader energy ministry. The acting
head also commended outgoing HR Director Reza Khalaj for his service and
stewardship.

resources initiatives completed during his tenure, after which Dehghani
outlined strategic priorities for workforce planning and management development
moving forward.
