bringing together Omid Shakeri, Deputy Petroleum Minister and Acting CEO of
NPC; Mohammad Reza Torki-Biouki, Head of Strategic Affairs for National Systems
and Data Governance at SARO; and Hamed Hashemi-Malayeri, Director General of IT
Development, Security, and Smart Government at the Ministry of Petroleum.

The trilateral agreement establishes a
collaborative operational framework aimed at advancing intelligent management,
standardizing decision-making quality, and integrating data processes for
sector-wide planning.
- One-Year Execution Commitment: Under the terms of the agreement, NPC is committed
to planning, implementing, and fully deploying the data governance model
across its operations within a one-year timeframe.
- Institutional Scope: The initiative creates a unified protocol for data
exchange, policy planning, and information management, bridging regulatory
authorities with operating units across the country's energy ecosystem.
