TEHRAN, August 3 (NIPNA) — A strategic trilateral memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been officially signed between the Ministry of Petroleum, the National Petrochemical Company (NPC), and the State Administrative and Recruitment Organization (SARO) to establish a data-driven governance system across Iran's petrochemical sector.

The formal signing ceremony took place on Sunday, bringing together Omid Shakeri, Deputy Petroleum Minister and Acting CEO of NPC; Mohammad Reza Torki-Biouki, Head of Strategic Affairs for National Systems and Data Governance at SARO; and Hamed Hashemi-Malayeri, Director General of IT Development, Security, and Smart Government at the Ministry of Petroleum.

The trilateral agreement establishes a collaborative operational framework aimed at advancing intelligent management, standardizing decision-making quality, and integrating data processes for sector-wide planning.
