industrial load-shedding, and a dedicated 1,000 MW power allocation to the
petrochemical industry.

Solar Expansion and Winter Fuel Stocks
Sepahvand credited rapid additions in renewable generation capacity
for easing grid strain, noting that solar power additions are currently
averaging approximately 100 MW of new capacity per week.
Looking ahead to winter thermal power generation, the Energy Committee
is coordinating joint logistics between the Ministry of Petroleum and the
Ministry of Energy to secure fuel stocks:
"To prevent thermal generation bottlenecks during the cold
season, the committee is ensuring timely gas storage and backup fuel allocations—specifically
diesel and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)—to guarantee grid stability," said
