TEHRAN, Feb. 20 (NIPNA)– Iran’s Central Securities Depository reported that nearly 17.3 trillion rials ($410 million) in dividends were transferred in February to more than 1.12 million shareholders through the national customer information system, known as Sejam.

The payments, covering current, accumulated, and pre-emptive dividends, were made by 31 companies to 1,123,435 shareholders, according to a statement from the Depository’s public relations office.

Sejam, Iran’s integrated customer information platform, allows investors to register once and access a range of services, including dividend payments, issuance of trading codes, portfolio tracking, shareholder meeting lists, and other electronic market services. The system eliminates the need for repeated submission of personal information across different financial institutions.

Shareholders can track their dividend payments online via the integrated investor portal at dara.csdiran.ir under the “Paid Dividends” section.
