The Petrochemical Research and Technology Company (PRTC)
hosted the Energy Industries Engineering and Design Company (EIED) at its
Tehran headquarters in a meeting aimed at enhancing bilateral cooperation,
according to a statement from PRTC’s public relations office.
During the session, PRTC CEO Mohammad Kermani and senior
executives highlighted the company’s capabilities and achievements as a central
driver of innovation and technical knowledge in Iran’s oil and gas industry.
Both sides emphasized joint efforts in identifying and developing new
technologies, optimizing chemical and polymer production processes, and
advancing green and sustainable technologies.
The discussions also covered improving productivity,
managing energy and waste more efficiently, and promoting broader technological
self-sufficiency across the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors.
Industry observers said the collaboration is expected to
accelerate the development of domestic technological capabilities and enhance
competitiveness in Iran’s strategic energy industries.
