Hassan Abbaszadeh said the industry, as one of the pillars of the
national economy, now required stronger adherence to principles of
administrative integrity and a reinforced culture of transparency, particularly
during Administrative Integrity Week in the oil sector.
Speaking at a meeting with NPC employees, Abbaszadeh said the company
had fulfilled all its obligations under the first year of Iran’s Seventh
Development Plan, an achievement endorsed by parliament, and was on track to
meet its targets in the second year.
He said greater attention to employees’ conditions and the promotion
of organisational morale were essential, adding that transparency and
accountability played a critical role in the company’s growth and advancement.
During the meeting, members of NPC’s board and senior managers
addressed staff concerns and listened to requests and challenges raised by
employees. The company said follow-up measures would be taken to resolve the
issues discussed.
