Hassan Abbaszadeh, NPC CEO and Deputy Petroleum Minister, highlighted
the growing collaboration between Iranian petrochemical firms and companies in
Russia and other Eurasian countries, which has contributed to increased exports
in recent years.
“Iranian petrochemical companies have successfully showcased their
capabilities at specialized exhibitions in Russia, establishing a solid
position in the market,” Abbaszadeh said. He noted that downstream
petrochemical industries can also leverage demand in Eurasian markets to expand
their reach.
Abbaszadeh emphasized the strategic value of participating in the
RuPlastica exhibition, scheduled from Jan. 26–29 in Moscow. Iranian holdings
and companies will present a unified pavilion, demonstrating their capabilities
to Russian firms and creating opportunities for future export growth.
Amir Roshanbakhsh Ghanbari, Deputy for International Business
Development at the Trade Promotion Organization, and representatives of leading
petrochemical holdings attended the planning session.
