TEHRAN, Sept 11 (NIPNA) – Qeshm Chemical, a leading Iranian producer of petrochemical packaging bags, said the IranPlast exhibition offered a key platform to showcase achievements, address operational challenges, and explore future collaborations.

Hamed Masineh, CEO of Qeshm Chemical, said the company, based in Mahshahr, is a top supplier of FFS, film, and shrink bags for major petrochemical plants including Marun, Amir Kabir, Bandar Imam, Laleh, Jam, Jampilen, Khuzestan, and Shazand. “We are proud that our products consistently rank among the highest quality in the industry,” he told NIPNA on the sidelines of the 19th IranPlast fair.

Masineh said 2024 was a milestone year for the company, breaking an 18-year production record and achieving output 3.5 times higher than the previous year. He attributed the growth to careful planning, upgraded production lines, and timely raw material supply. “This is one of the proudest achievements in our company’s history,” he said.

He added that Qeshm Chemical has also taken steps to strengthen its knowledge-based capabilities and value chain. “At IranPlast, we held productive discussions with competitors and partners to resolve contractual and operational matters, and signed new agreements to pave the way for future collaboration,” Masineh said.

The CEO suggested expanding participation of vendors and component suppliers in future exhibitions, noting that their presence is crucial to supporting production chains. He emphasized that with the removal of infrastructural barriers and targeted support, Qeshm Chemical is ready to continue its growth trajectory and remain a major player in the petrochemical packaging market.
