According to a statement from the company’s public relations office,
the project, initially expected to require 10 days, was finalized in less than
two thanks to precise planning, integrated execution, and the deployment of
advanced lifting technologies.
The operation involved comprehensive risk assessments, adherence to
safety standards, and the use of an innovative lifting plan tailored to the
unit’s unique technical conditions. Production at the site continued
uninterrupted throughout the procedure.
Senior management decisions and the technical competence of the
execution team were cited as critical factors behind the success, along with
strategic resource management and the application of up-to-date technologies to
eliminate leaks in the previous tank system.
The relocation project not only minimized downtime but also
contributed to the company’s growing body of technical knowledge, positioning
Arvand Petrochemical for more efficient project execution in the future.
