Speaking on the sidelines of the 7th Iran Expo, Bărzălianu highlighted
Green Soft’s 25-year track record in open-source digital solutions for the
governments of Romania and Moldova. “We specialize in scalable, open-source
systems, particularly suited to oil, gas, and petrochemical complexes,” he
said.
He noted the company’s readiness to partner with Iran’s National
Petrochemical Company (NPC) and other key stakeholders to support the
digitalization and intelligent automation of production processes. “We hold
patents in Romania for open-source scalability solutions and have the
capability to collect data from diverse sensors using advanced digital
frameworks,” he explained.
Having visited Iran five years ago, Bărzălianu remarked on the notable
growth of Iranian companies, describing the country as a promising and sizeable
market. He encouraged European businesses to attend Iran Expo and explore
cooperation opportunities with Iranian manufacturers and exporters.
Emphasizing long-standing Iran–Romania relations, Bărzălianu
concluded, “Our countries are complementary—Romania brings decades of
experience in the oil and gas sectors, while together we can pioneer digital
innovations that benefit both sides.”
