Abbas Gholami told a meeting to review the
capacities of industrial towns in the four provinces of Khuzestan, Hormozgan,
Bushehr and Sistan and Baluchestan on Monday said the meeting is being held
with the aim of creating greater synergy and coordination for the
implementation of 13 approved plans and a total of development plans of
downstream industries in these four provinces.”
Stating that the completion of the value chain of
petrochemical products, regional development and job creation are considered as
an important strategy, he said: “In order to accelerate the process of studies,
location and technical, economic and environmental feasibility, a meeting in
the presence of the managing directors of the Industrial Settlements Company was
held in 4 southern provinces of the country, which have suitable
infrastructures for the development of complementary industries.”
