According to the bureau, production of petrochemical items at Mehr Petrochemical
Plant will begin next week given the facility’s resumption of operations.
According to the report, Laleh Petrochemical Plant and the heavy
polyethylene unit of Maroon Petrochemical Plant are currently out of service
due to the need for emergency repairs.
Also, Shazand Refinery has resumed its production recently; with the
re-production of this refinery, the feedstock of polypropylene units in
downstream industries will increase.
