Masoumeh
Ebtekar said on Sunday that women were key in realization of social
responsibility measures for companies in the oil industry.
She
said the Rouhani administration was specifically focused on ensuring gender equality
in government posts, adding realization of gender equality was also considered
in the budget bill of the government.
The
official further said that the Document of Women’s Promotion and Family had
been devised for all the country’s provinces and measures were being taking in
this regard across the country.

Further said that women could be influential in corporate social responsibility
projects in the oil industry which would be protective of the environment and
ensure sustainable development of the sector.
