Speaking to NIPNA, Gholamreza Jokar said the
facility lived up to 95% of its nameplate capacity at its MEG unit last
calendar year.
"All the items produced by the plant meet international
standards and are sold on world market," he said.
Joker further added that his company has cut
deals with leading technical and operational companies to bring its ethylene
output from 500,000 tons per year to 600,000 per year, expressing optimism that
it would be materialized by the end of the this calendar year.
" The
achievement of full productivity of both units of the facility depends on the South
Pars phases and the timely delivery of our feedstock; we are ready for 100% productivity."
