Speaking to NIPNA, Mostafa Kavakebian, who represents the Iranian
citizens in Tehran, Rey, Shemiranat, Islamshahr and Pardis in the parliament,
underlined the necessity of supporting all sectors of the petrochemical
industry, adding Iran abounded with petrochemical potentialities and investment
attractions, adding many countries were keen on financing petrochemical
projects in Iran.
“Therefore, we have to develop novel
methods to finance development of the petrochemical industry,” the MP said.
He further added that Iran could supply various petrochemicals, which
would be key in the economic and industrial development of the country.
“This industry has a lot to say not
only domestically but also internationally,” he said.
The MP further asserted that Iran could be viewed as the petrochemical
hub in the future, adding that parliament would facilitate progress of the
sector through various methods.
