Speaking to NIPNA on the sidelines of
IranPlast Exhibition, Majid Rezaei said the company sends a container of petrochemical
and polymer products to New Zealand on a month basis.
He said the company has expanded its
foreign markets in the wake of removed international restrictions on Tehran following
implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), adding the company
sends items to European countries, Turkey, India, as well as Central Asian and Caucasus
countries.
The official said China currently buys 50
to 60% of his company's exports from previously 90% in the past.
He said the reduction has been considered
in line with intent to diversification of the company's export markets.
