TEHRAN, Nov. 28 — Iran’s National Petrochemical Company (NPC) and the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC) signed a cooperation agreement on Saturday aimed at expanding investment by petrochemical producers in natural-gas optimisation and efficiency projects, the Petroleum Ministry said.
