The meeting, hosted by Petrofarhang Holding,
brought together inspection managers and department heads from major
petrochemical holding companies, affiliated production firms, and
representatives of the National Petrochemical Company (NPC).
According to organizers, the session was held to strengthen
cooperation among inspection bodies and enhance the implementation of
responsibilities in line with applicable standards, regulations, and
higher-level policy frameworks.
Participants reviewed recent developments affecting the petrochemical
industry and discussed inspection-related experiences and practices before,
during, and after recent operational disruptions. The meeting also provided a
platform for exchanging views on oversight mechanisms, risk management
approaches, and institutional coordination across the sector.
The council emphasized the importance of maintaining compliance,
strengthening governance frameworks, and promoting the sharing of best
practices to support the continued development and resilience of the
petrochemical industry.
