According to the company’s public relations office, in Aban 1404
(October–November 2025), the plant produced two strategic grades, HCH5110 and
HCH5510, surpassing the previous monthly output by 278 tons compared to Esfand
1403 (March 2025). The combined output reached 34,514 tons, exceeding the
earlier record of 34,236 tons for HCH5110.
The record is notable not only for the increased production but also
for the complexity of producing two different grades in a single month. Grade
changes typically require adjustments to reactor parameters, often leading to
temporary reductions in output. Arya Sasol’s engineers successfully optimized
the process to maintain production continuity and achieve this unprecedented
result.
Previously, the company had set production records in Tir and Mordad
1404 (July–August 2025) for its medium and heavy polyethylene units during
31-day months. This latest achievement underscores the plant’s operational
excellence and commitment to process optimization.
