According to a statement by NPC, the meeting was
attended by members of the company’s board of directors and representatives
from the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, the Plan and Budget
Organization, the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, the Ministry of Energy,
and the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour and Social Welfare.
During the session, the board presented its
performance report, followed by the reading of the independent auditor’s and
legal inspector’s reports. Consolidated and standalone financial statements,
along with capital asset ownership plans for the previous fiscal year, were
also reviewed and approved.
