From the beginning of the fiscal year through
Sept. 21, Bouali Sina’s operating revenue reached 461.1 trillion rials ($4.61
billion), up from 351.2 trillion rials in the same period last year. The growth
was driven by enhanced production conditions, expanded export capacity, and
relative stability in feedstock supply chains.
Total production during the period rose to 1.064
million tons, a 1.8% increase compared with 1.045 million tons in the previous
year, despite challenges in Iran’s petrochemical sector, including energy
restrictions, emergency situations, and scheduled maintenance.
In September alone, Bouali Sina generated 51.9
trillion rials in operating revenue and produced 174,128 tons of products, up
roughly 20% year-on-year and 5% month-on-month.
The company said its focus on optimizing
production processes, diversifying export markets, and improving equipment
efficiency underpinned the positive trend. Continued performance in the second
half of the year is expected to further strengthen Bouali Sina’s position among
leading aromatics producers in Iran.
