Kina Xia, sales manager at CIE Extrusion, said visitor numbers at this
year’s Tehran fair grew compared with last year, with many high-quality
prospects among them. “For our company, which has a special focus on the
Iranian market, this increase in audience was very valuable,” Xia told NIPNA.
Over the four-day exhibition, the company met more than 70 potential
and existing clients, averaging 20 per day during the first three days. CIE’s
extrusion machinery is already used by Iranian firms to manufacture plastic
sheets and panels, Xia noted.
“Our focus is on high-quality equipment and professional after-sales
service, which Iranian customers value,” she said, adding that Iran’s demand
for new production infrastructure makes the market promising despite external
challenges. “Trade with Iran will remain continuous and growing.”
Xia stressed that CIE’s machines, specialized solely in sheet and
plate extrusion, meet international standards and can serve both Iran’s
domestic needs and export-oriented production.
The 19th IranPlast exhibition ran Sept. 8–11 at Tehran’s permanent
international fairgrounds.
