Farajollah Zamen, Executive Director of Dehdasht Petrochemical, told
NIPNA that the water transfer initiative is being developed to meet the
complex’s long-term production needs and is considered a key infrastructure
milestone.
“The two main pumping stations have reached around 80% physical
progress, and the implementation team is working diligently to finalize the
project,” Zamen said.
He noted that the 16-kilometer pipeline is essential to ensuring
stable water access for petrochemical processes, adding that successful pre-commissioning
is expected in the near future.
Zamen also thanked local and national authorities for their continued
support and expressed optimism that full operation of the project would
commence soon.
