Sepahdar Ansari Nik, CEO of Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company, said on
the sidelines of the 10th national and second international conference on
promoting professional ethics and social responsibility: Promoting professional
ethics to social responsibility means creating a belief in commitment to
humanity in the economic enterprise.
Ansari Nik, who said that professional ethics means commitment to
humanity and values, continued: Regarding Bandar Imam Petrochemical, it should
be said that this petrochemical company is one of the largest economic
enterprises in the country in the special economic zone of Mahshahr. An
enterprise with an area of 300 hectares with about 20 factories and production
of 31 products; an enterprise that has an annual sales value of about 50 to 60
thousand billion rials.
The CEO of Bandar Imam Petrochemical reminded: In this enterprise, we
get our feed from the southern oil regions and Abadan refinery. If we do not
get this feed, all these feeds will turn into carbon and be released into the
environment. This means that the philosophy of existence of Bandar Imam
Petrochemical is an enterprise with social responsibility.
He added, referring to the commemoration of the 50th anniversary of
the establishment of Bandar Imam Petrochemical: In this ceremony, I presented a
report on the performance of Bandar Imam in the field of social responsibility.
1,145 billion rials in the field of social responsibility for building
hospitals, airports, health and treatment, universities, building 17 schools,
extensive activities in the field of culture and sports, employment,
entrepreneurship, support for the affected sector in society were activities
that Bandar Imam Petrochemical was able to perform after the glorious Islamic
Revolution that began construction.
The CEO of Bandar Imam Petrochemical said: In our future approach, we
are still pursuing social responsibility and we are looking for people in the
surrounding community to be able to benefit from the blessings that are created
by entrepreneurship and the values that are created to the extent possible.
