TEHRAN (NIPNA) -- The CEO of Fajr Persian Gulf Energy Company announced the efforts underway to localize a reverse osmosis water treatment system in cooperation with knowledge-based companies.

According to the public relations of Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (PGPIC), Ali Zal Khani said: "We supply all the vital needs of the region's petrochemical plants such as water, electricity, steam, industrial gases, nitrogen, oxygen and wastewater treatment services.”

He continued: "Considering that the hot season of the year has started and based on the needs of the country and the Khuzestan region, our electricity generation capacity has increased by 500 MW of instantaneous power compared to 6 months ago, naturally, this will bring financial benefits to the shareholder and is good news for the region's electricity consumers in terms of social responsibility.”
