In separate decrees, Javad Owji appointed Mr’s
Shokri and Abbaszadeh as NPC board members which read as follows:
"Considering your commitment, experience
and expertise, according to Article (5) of the Law on Duties and Powers of the
Ministry of Petroleum, approved by the Islamic Consultative Assembly on May 10,
2012, and Articles (17) and (18) of the Articles of Association of the National
Petrochemical Company and the powers of the Minister of Petroleum, you are hereby
appointed as the "Principal Member of the Board of Directors of the
National Petrochemical Company" for a period of three years.
"I implore God Almighty for your success
in this serious post, with the cooperation of other esteemed members of the
company's board of directors," read the decree.
Currently, Hassan Abbaszadeh is NPC’s
director of planning and development and Ahmad Shokri is the director of
projects at the company.
