Addressing
the petrochemical day ceremony on Tuesday, Morteza Shahmirzaei said that with
the help of the Petrochemical Research and Technology Company and
knowledge-based companies, “we can carry out these plans."
He said:
"We have to show enthusiasm from within because there is no help that is
expected from outside, and wherever work has been done on the basis of your
self-esteem and initiative of scientists and experts."
Shahmirzaei,
noting that 50 million tons of petrochemical production capacity is to be added
in the next few years, said: "We can calculate that through the upstream
and downstream sector and the value chain …we can make a great difference in
the country.”
