According to
the company, Taghi Sanei said operations had commenced to implement a project
in order to produce a new item in the facility, adding the project would come
online within the next 6 months and other projects would become operational in
the plant in the coming months.
Based on the
instructed plans of the company’s mother company, the Persian Gulf
Petrochemical Industries Company (PGPIC), it was supposed to operate at 90% of
its nameplate capacity which was fully met, he added.
The CEO
added that 65% of the company’s items were exported, adding this shows that the
sanctions had not caused much of a trouble for the company.
