During the 24th specialized meeting of the bureau
at the National Petrochemical Company (NPC) which was held in the presence of
executives from state organizations, the ban on DOP exports was lifted given
the increase in the item’s production in the country.
Iranian producers are now supplying excess quantities of the
oil which exceeds domestic demand for the item.
DOP is one of the most popular softeners of PVC granular powder
and is used in synthetic leather, shoemaking and cable industries.
