Behzad Mohammadi, who is also deputy petroleum minister for petrochemical
affairs, told a ceremony to welcome Ali Asghar Goudarzi Farahani as the new director of planning and
development management at NPC on Wednesday: "This division plays an important
role in the development of the petrochemical industry and it is necessary to
use efficient and skilled human resources for planning management.
He said that the organizational and human capital are an important
factor for excellence and development in companies, adding, “Expertise and
commitment are a requirement of the National Petrochemical Company, and the
potential of experts should be exploited to ensure growth and dynamism in the organization.”
Mohammadi hoped that the culture of work-centered thinking become institutionalized
in the organization, and added that in the work-based system, efficient human
resources must be identified in different units in order to benefit from their
capabilities.
