During the month
of Khordad, which began on May 22, several key parts of the projects were
installed including the phase’s primary reformer, ammonia production reactor as
well as the CO2 separation tower all weighing over 1,500 tons together.
Moreover, 11
percent of the items needed for completion of the ammonia unit of the project
were installed in the facility during the same month.
The plant is
being developed for 2,200 tons/day of ammonia production capacity in its first
phase and 3,500 tons/day of urea and granule production capacity in its second
phase development.
It is being built
in Assaluyeh, southern Iran.
