Senior Petchem Researcher Joins SIPS 2018 Scientific Committee

TEHRAN (NIPNA) -- Seyyed Hamed Mahdaviyani, a senior researcher at the Research and Technology Unit of Shazand Petrochemical Company, joined the Scientific Committee of the Sustainable Industrial Processing Summit & Exhibition (SIPS 2018) in Brazil.

According to the PR office of Shazand Petrochemical Company, Mr. Mahdaviyani, given the number of his published articles and scientific background published on Publons, made way to the scientific committee of SIPS 2018.

The conference is one of the largest and most celebrated industry-related conferences that featured 30 symposium sessions in the field of new and advanced materials manufacturing technologies, sustainable development, technological and scientific innovations, electrochemistry, renewable energies and materials recycling processes, the environment, coatings, composites, optimization, modeling, and applied mathematics among other fields.

The scientific committee of the conference consists of representatives from the best universities and research institutes and the world's most famous industrial companies from Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Russia, Brazil, among others.

The conference was held on November 4 to 7, 2018 in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil by FLOGEN Star Outreach- FLOGEN Technologies Inc., a highly acclaimed scientific-industrial organization.

It should be noted that in the last nine previous editions of this conference, only 3 Iranians, who were acclaimed professors from Sharif University of Technology, Isfahan Universality of  Technology and the Scientific and Industrial Research Organization, have been selected to be members of the Scientific Committee of the SIPS.

The conference is sponsored by the American Chemical Society, the French Chemical Society, the Brazilian Chemical Society, the British Chemical Society, the Brazilian Academy of Sciences, the University of Nevada, and several other institutes and universities.
