Hossein Mir-Afzali
said in the first six months of the current calendar year, which began on March
21, 70% of the polyethylene and polypropylene products of Jam Petrochemical Complex
was sold on the market through the stock exchange.
Referring
to the plant’s program for fully supporting downstream industries, Mir-Afzali
emphasized: “By supporting and expanding downstream industries, a suitable
platform for the development of petrochemical plants and completion of the
value chain of the petrochemical industry will be provided, resulting in production
of value-added petrochemical products and generation of jobs in the country.”
He added:
"By continuing this strategy in Jam Petrochemical Company, export of raw
materials by our company will be minimized.”
