According to the plant's public relations and international
affairs department, the equipment was built at minimum costs by domestic experts
at the facility's instrumentation unit.
The carbon-content device tests the carbon and
soot content of the polymers produced at the facility.
The device has been designed to withstand temperatures
up to 1,100 centigrade and is built with one twentieth of its foreign rivals.
