The unit is in fact a 20-year-old Germany unit with
175,000 tons per year of production capacity with its technical savvy purchased
from Japan's Mitsui and to be installed by Iranian experts.
The catalysts needed to run the plant were previously
purchased from Japan and there are no troubles for supplying the item.
The project has so far made 69% progress. Its cooling
section was designed by a Spanish company and its wastewater treatment system
has made 30% progress.
