The plants that operate in Mahshahr Petrochemical
Zone, southwestern Iran, supplied 17.95 million tons during the period while their annual nameplate
capacity stands at 25.6mt. The facilities have planned to supply 21 million
tons of petrochemicals by the end of the year.
Moreover, a total of 20.88 million
tons of products was supplied by the plants that operate in Asaluyeh petrochemical
hub, southern Iran, during the period.
The rated capacity of the plants that
operate in the hub is 32.7 million tons per year.
The 21 other plants that run in other
parts of the country, with 13.7 mt/y of nameplate capacity, supplied 10.20
million tons during the 11 months.
