Hossein Alimorad, director of investment
at NPC, told NIPNA that he was optimistic the talks will lead to signature of
contracts with foreign partners.
He said the process is naturally time-consuming
which is normal all around the world.
"It is important to note that the
investors are hunting out investment opportunities in Iran despite all the negativism
against the country that is going on in the world," he added.
Alimorad further added that a number of Japanese
companies with the partnership of a German firm are in talks with NPC, for example,
to invest in a utility and infrastructure project in Iran.
