Deputy Head of the board of directors of
the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (PGPIC) Adel Nejad Salim said
the project is being developed with $3b of investment and is aimed at an annual
production of 1 million tons of ethane for feeding petrochemical facilities.
The project is being developed in 244
hectares of land near the southwestern city of Behbahan.
He also said that PGPIC has also launched
three offices in three European countries.
