TTPC Breaks New Record in Petchem Loading

TEHRAN (NIPNA) -- The managing director of Terminals and Tanks Petrochemical Company (TTPC) said the company set a new record in loading petrochemical and polymer consignments over the course of the previous calendar year which ended on March 20.

Speaking to NIPNA, Mohammad Sharif Shahryari said over 1,179 vessels called at the company's docks during the year.

He further said TTPC loaded 20.4 million tons of items during the year which is a new record by itself, up by 4% from the preceding calendar year.

Moreover, Shahryari added, the company also set a record of 16.2 million man-hours of operation without accident during the calendar year of 1395.
