Speaking to NIPNA, Ali Mohammad Bossaqzadeh, director of production control at NPC, said skilled human resources equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and savvy are key to development of the petrochemical industry of the country.
He underlined the role efficient human resources can play in prosperity of the sector, saying Iran’s petrochemical industry is now in a new path and novel strategies have been devised for ensuring the sector’s momentous progress.
Bossaqzadeh said a national determination is needed for materialization of the plans envisioned for the industry’s future, adding the NPC acts as a regulating and policy-making body in the sector.
The official further said that interactions with renowned international companies will be instrumental in promotion of the level of projects and activities in the sector so that the industry reaches its full potential as soon as possible.
