Addressing the 13th Iran Petrochemical Forum (IPF-2017) in Tehran, Farnaz Alavi, director of the forum and head of the planning and development department of the National Petrochemical Company (NPC), said Iran’s petrochemical industry is potent and resourceful enough to enter into international competitions with global heavyweights of the industry.
She said Iran is one of the countries with suitable petrochemical potentialities with various unparalleled advantages in the sector.
Availability of massive hydrocarbon reserves that can be exploited for feeding petrochemical facilities, educated and skilled human labor and access to global markets as well as a vast domestic market are features that make Iran an outstanding destination for interested investors.
