Hariri told NIPNA that the relationships between Iran and China are at the highest state possible and Chinese investors have so far honored all of their duties regarding contracts in Iran.
He said Iran's petrochemical industry has turned into an ideal market for foreign investors ever since the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) was implemented back in 2016.
"China has always welcomed investment in the Iranian market to win over their European rivals," he added.
Hariri did underlined banking restrictions that are still hindering interactions with foreign partners in Iran, but added that such troubles can be sorted out.
