A subsidiary of the Petrochemical Research and Technology Company, the center was launched in the central city of Arak with the aim of tapping the technological potentialities of Iranian universities for petrochemical projects.
Optimization of production procedures and updating production technologies are other objectives for developing the center. The two products will be ready for mass production in the near future.
Furthermore, pilot production base of spherical gamma alumina with 150 kilograms per day has reached 89% completion at the center.
