The documents were signed on the sidelines of an exhibition held to introduce the investment opportunities in the southwestern province of Khuzestan last week.
Based on the deals, new plants for production of thinner and methyl acetate, equipment for safe elimination of lamps and batteries, supply of parts of petrochemical machinery, methanol production and completion of the value chain, construction of polymer compounding units as well as recycling polymer products, production of +c3 and DPG will be built at the PETZONE.
The facilities will be constructed with an investment of IRR70,000 bn and will supply 1.8 million tons of products annually, creating jobs for 1,900 people.
The MoUs were signed between the Maroon, Fanavaran, Petropack, Exir Sazan Atlas, Idea Tose’e Pak, Arya Energy Alborz and Zigourat Gita petrochemical companies with the PETZONE.
